I don’t feel that I need to say anymore. Sometimes I just need a jog to the beach.

In other news, if you are anywhere near Liverpool this Thursday get down to the city centre as we are sending of my hero Andrew Bainbridge to Australia in style. If you don’t have chance there will not doubt be a few pictures afterwards for you to look at.
